Community involvement
Peter Scaglione, Jr. has received numerous awards in the field of Matrimonial ad Family Law. Mr. Scaglione has shared his knowledge with others through service as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Tampa, St. Leo University and Hillsborough Community College. He has given talks on family law topics and has been a guest speaker at legal education seminars in the Tampa Bay Area.

Background
Mr. Scaglione is a native of Tampa, Florida and a graduate of Jesuit High School. He is married with three children. Mr. Scaglione graduated from the University of Tampa in 1972 with a B.A. degree in American History. He received his J.D. degree in Law in 1976 from the Vermont Law School. Mr. Scaglione worked in the Vermont House of Representatives before moving back to Florida in 1977. He was admitted to the Florida Bar on May 31,1977. He has been in sole practice since 1979 and specializes in Matrimonial and Family Law cases.

Mr. Scaglione is a member of the Florida Bar Family Law Section, the Family Law Inns of Court in Tampa, Florida, the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers.
Personal affiliations
Mr. Scaglione is an attorney who takes comfort in the Christian faith. He is affiliated with local church groups and represents clients in Divorce and Family Law matters.
